We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to insufficient stock or suspicion of fraud. If you have placed your order days before or days after a current sale or campaign, we cannot apply the sale or campaign to your order. With us, you have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order.

We strive to deliver ordered products within the specified delivery time. We utilize the services of PostNord for our shipping needs. It is important to note that once your order has been handed over to PostNord, the responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of your package rests with them. As such, we do not accept liability for any lost or damaged packages, as this falls under the purview of PostNord. Rest assured, there are no additional customs fees when placing your order within EU. To the remaining countries, a customs fee may be added. Information about returns can be found in our separate delivery and return policy.

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We aim to deliver high-quality products, but if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately. To assist us in resolving the issue, kindly include information about the order, the condition of the product, and any damages.

11. Claims Process

If you discover an issue or damage to the product after receiving it, please contact our customer or through our return/complaints form which you will find at the bottom of the website within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request images of the damaged product and its packaging to better understand the issue.

12. Solutions for Claims

Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange, repair, or refund for defective or damaged products. We will work with you to find the best solution to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

13. Refunds and Returns

At Blinglucid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a simple return policy to make the return process smooth and hassle-free.

14. Return Conditions

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all labels and packaging intact. The product must not be washed, soiled, or damaged in any way.

15 (1) Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service at [blinglucid2021@gmail.com] to notify us of your intention to return a product and to get our correct return adress or or through our return/complaints form which you will find at the bottom of the website.

b. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging or an equivalent packaging to ensure it reaches us undamaged.

c. Buy trackable shipping with Postnord based on the information you receive when you contact us by email. Unfortunately, we do not have free returns

d. Include a note with the order number and first & last name from the order so that we can locate your order upon pickup. Also, indicate what you would like to do with the returns in the note (refund, exchange for a new item, etc.).

15 (2) Return/Complaint for purchases in an active campaign

  1. Return Eligibility: Customers who wish to return/complaint items purchased during an active campaign are required to adhere to our return policy. This policy is applicable to all items purchased, including any free products received as part of the campaign.

  2. General return/complaint rules: For a refund, all items, including the free product received during the campaign, must be returned. If any part of the purchase is not returned, a partial refund will be issued, and the value of the missing item will be deducted from the total refund. Returns must be made within our standard return window, as specified in our general return policy.

  3. Exemption for Size Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, the requirement to return the free product received during the campaign does not apply. In such cases, you are only required to return the purchased item for the size exchange.

  4. Condition of Returned Items: All items, including the free product, must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are not in their original condition.

  5. Process for Returning Items: To initiate a return, please follow the standard return process outlined on our website. Clearly indicate the reason for the return and ensure that all items, including the free product, are included in the return shipment.

  6. Refund and Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund as per our standard refund timeline.

15 (3) Limited Product Return Policy

At Blinglucid, we understand the excitement and anticipation that comes with purchasing limited edition products. These unique items are often in high demand and limited in quantity, which makes them highly sought after by our valued customers. In order to maintain fairness and protect the exclusivity of these products, we have established the following policy regarding returns of limited edition items.

  1. No Returns on Limited Products: All limited edition products purchased from Blinglucid are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  2. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that all limited edition products are of the highest quality and free from defects. Prior to shipping, each limited product undergoes a rigorous quality control process to meet our stringent standards.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that a limited edition product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will work diligently to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund in accordance with our standard return policy.

15. (4) Return policy for self-designed product

We do not accept returns for customized products as these items are specially ordered based on your specific preferences. The customization process involves tailoring the product to meet your individual specifications, making each item unique and personalized.

16. Return Shipping

If the return is not due to a defective product or an error on our part, it is your responsibility as the customer to pay for return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us. If the package is lost upon return, you as a consumer are responsible for the package and unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

17. Refund

Once we receive and review the returned product. You will receive the refund up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. For orders made over SEK 1,000 with free shipping and then choose to return and get the money back, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders made under SEK 1,000 with standard shipping and then choose to return and get the money back, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

18. Exceptions to Returns

Certain products may be exempt from our return policy due to hygiene reasons or other factors. These products will be clearly indicated on the product pages.

19. Terms for Charges on Unclaimed Packages

In the event of non-retrieval of ordered goods, a charge of 199 SEK will be deducted from the refund amount.

20. Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Blinglucid, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient delivery services. We partner with reputable courier services such as PostNord to fulfill our shipping commitments. However, once a package is handed over to the designated courier, we want to clarify our position regarding any potential issues that may arise during the delivery process.

We want to make it clear that Blinglucid cannot be held responsible for any negligence, loss, or mishandling of packages that may occur after they have been transferred to PostNord. While we take great care in ensuring the proper packaging and handover of your orders to the courier, the subsequent handling, transportation, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the courier service.

21. Policy on Missing Rhinestones

We do not accept claims for missing items if only a few rhinestones are missing. However, if the missing rhinestones significantly impact or damage the overall design, a claim may be considered. Please note that our designs are never 100% symmetrical and may vary from side to side. Variations in design are part of the product's unique character and are not considered defects.
